Industry standard Lagler Hummel sander (no VAT added)

£45 Per Day, Weekly £130, Weekend £70

A much better sander than the Hiretech “floor butcher” sanders as it has a clutch to lower and take up the drum from the floor. This sander is available to hire anywhere in a ten mile radius of Hebden Bridge. Full user guidance is given with each hire.

Lagler Elan Edger (no VAT added)

£25 per day, Weekly £90, Weekend £40

Sanding papers also available in every grit up to 120, all breakages are charged for including drum damage on the Hummel. The Hummel is newly serviced and the Elan edger is brand new. You will need photo ID to hire out these machines and to sign an agreement. A demonstration of how to use each machine will be given on your own floor when the machine is dropped off at your house free of charge.

Festool M Class dust extractor £30 per day

(no added VAT)

 

Excellent dust extractor for use with wood dust up to class M. You use this extractor in conjunction with the festool random orbital sander below and the lagler Hummel drum sander in between grades of sand paper to make your floor dust free and before adding primer and lacquer to the floor to make sure there is maximum adhesion for the top coats.

Professional standard random orbital sander for intermediate and finish sanding.

This sander can be used to feather in your main sanding areas with the edges of your floor. It can also be used to “cut back” lacquer inbetween coats (instead of a wood block which is a slow process) and sanding down filler before priming and lacquering. Can also be used for finish sanding stair treads.

This sander connects with the extractor to provide power button automatic switch on mode so you dont have to manually press the on switch saving you a lot of time whilst sanding on a floor.
